IT Support Supvervisor for this highly successful medium-sized firm of solicitors. As IT Support Supervisor your role will be managing a busy helpdesk providing a professional and efficient IT support service as part of a small team. It’s a varied role that will include: Help Desk, Installations PC Maintenance, User Admin and looking after AV equipment and laptops. Excellent knowledge and experience of user & security group Active Directory, strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems with emphasis on WIN 7 and Office 2010 or 2013 and experience with using and troubleshooting Exchange 2010 within a corporate environment. PREVIOUS I.T. HELP DESK EXPERIENCE IN A CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT ESSENTIAL.
