Corporate NQ

This international law firm seeks a NQ to join their corporate department.
Based in London, you will support the Corporate partners in London and the firm's international and US office network in a range of corporate transactions in the TMT, financial services and energy sectors.

You should be able to demonstrate an interest in and experience of M&A, private equity and venture capital, joint capital and capital markets and possess first rate academics ( including minimum 2:1 in degree).
