Recruitment Manager

Client
My client is a leading international law firm, looking for a Recruitment Manager on a permanent basis.

Role
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for Partner and lateral recruitment, managing the strategy behind the most cost effective hires. This includes driving forward direct sourcing of candidates and working with agencies, managing a PSL, managing a budget, managing the recruitment team and their performance, reporting, representing the firm, promoting a strong brand and other ad hoc projects.

You
Experience of agency/in-house recruitment at Partner level within the legal sector is essential. You should have experience of managing a team and budgets. Strong knowledge of recruitment systems is also preferred.
