Contentious Probate Solicitor
Do you have up to 5 years experience handling a contentious probate case load? Would you like to work within a chambers rated contentious legacy team? If the answer is yes to either of these questions, then read on...
My client have an established contentious trust and probate team and now require an additional solicitor with up to 5 years PQE to join their Bath office. You may be a newly qualified solicitor who has completed a contentious probate seat at another recognised regional or city firm.
In this role you will be acting for large charities who gain substantial income from legacies and instruct this firm to resolve all related disputes. You will also represent private clients, executors and trustees.
ACTAPS membership (part or full) will be beneficial.
