Our client are a large commercial law firm with several offices across the country. Due to increases in work flow they are now looking for a manager to assist in the delivery of performance and technical coaching within the fast track team. You must be a highly experienced fast track solicitor who has made the transition to management. You will not be acting as a fee earner in this role. Evidence of team building, performance management, policy administration and trouble shooting is required. Experience of dealing with the portal and all associated issues also required. You must demonstrate an ability to drive financial performance.
Salary to £50 000 plus bonus and benefits.
