Our client is a well recognised organisation within its' sector, and are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Paralegal / Legal Executive to manage their extensive property portfolio.
Working alongside the Head of Legal and significant legal team, you will join a growing in-house legal function with the remit of being the property specialist managing an extensive property portfolio.
Along with assisting with property matters related to corporate transactions, the appointed person will also have oversight of the life span of commercial property leases, assist with the management of rented commercial portfolio and respond to requests for consent to carry out work and amendments. They will also prepare and administer a robust asset register and liaise with treasury in securitisation of stock.
The appointed person will also be a key point of contact for the wider business, handling reactive property related matters, and escalating other legal related queries to the wider legal team.
You will be an experienced Commercial or Residential Property Paralegal or Legal Executive with at least 3 years' property related experience. Robust in approach and with excellent communication skills you will be comfortable interacting at senior level.
Salary is a guide and will be commensurate with experience.
