THE ROLE:
Nationally recognised as one of the most progressive law firms, our client are looking to recruit a Family Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE. The family team at this firm have many years experience of dealing with complex issues relating to the family and provides a sympathetic dependable service. They provide advice on the following: Ancillary Relief, Children and Social Services, Children Issues, Civil Partnerships, Collaborative Process, Divorce and Separation, Domestic Violence and Harassment, Family Mediation and Unmarried Couples. As a Senior Family Solicitor, your case-load will be predominately private law cases.
THE CANDIDATE: You must be a Family Solicitor and have a minimum of 4 years experience in Family law. You must be a Family Mediator and as a Family Solicitor, you will ideally have experience in both Private and Publicly funded Family law cases and ideally have connections to the Bedfordshire area.
