Corporate Solicitor

Corporate Solicitor - My client is a leading regional firm and they are looking to recruit a corporate solicitor into their busy department based in the North East. This role is a 6 month contract to start as soon as possible though there may be some flexibility with this and so someone with a short notice period may be considered.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience (or equivalent) as a corporate solicitor with a background in managing a broad range of transactions including advising on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, sale purchases and finance matters. This role has stemmed from an increase in project work and you will be expected to act for a range of clients, from small companies through to international organisations. There is a strong possibility that this corporate role could be extended past the initial contract period or even made permanent for the right person.
