THE ROLE

Within the Debt Finance team, one of the largest and most active teams in the UK and continental Europe.

The Debt Finance team is one of the largest and most active teams in the UK and continental Europe.

They regularly advise senior lenders, mezzanine lenders, equity investors, investment funds and companies on all aspects of syndicated and bilateral debt financing, including all aspects of the financing of public and private company acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs and other institutional buyouts across the globe.

The lawyers provide advice and assistance to clients dealing with distressed credit issues and work closely with our restructuring group to find appropriate solutions.

They offer legal services to funders and investors in the debt finance markets including products where the offering consists of a combination of any senior, mezzanine, unitranche, subordinated, high yield and/or equity funding.

ABOUT YOU

The team now seeks to recruit additional, technically excellent solicitors, at the 2pqe and 5pqe+ levels with experience gained in a firm rated for its Finance practice.

The successful candidates will have an outstanding academic record, strong technical ability and developed team-working skills.

Applicants must also demonstrate an interest in marketing and business development and a desire to help drive the practice forward.

Training and development are given the highest priority.
