Legal & Business Affairs Manager - Music - NQ-PQE2

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a qualified lawyer to join a leading player in the music industry. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Affairs, this is an extremely visible position with a large degree of responsibility and autonomy.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* advising on, negotiating, and drafting a range of commercial agreements;
* working with both internal and external clients, advising on the interpretation of contracts, royalty queries and copyright issues;
* assisting with the management of any contentious issues, including copyright infringement, breach of contract and debt recovery

To be successful, you should be a recently qualified lawyer with up to 1 or 2yrs PQE, depending on your salary requirements*. Music or media related experience is ideal, but is by no means a pre-requisite.
