In-House Legal Counsel - Corporate & General Advisory - Dublin, Ireland
Founded in 1944, Dunnes Stores is a leading family owned and led multiple retailer with operations online and in Ireland, the United Kingdom and Spain.
This role would suit a corporate, commercial or projects solicitor with 2 - 4 years PQE in a mid to top tier corporate law firm or with 2 or more years experience in-house in a large company.
Reporting to the General Counsel, duties will include corporate and contract advisory and transactional services as well as regulatory and general advice, and managing external counsel.
The successful candidate will join an expanding legal team in a busy corporate environment.
Candidates currently working in Ireland or working in London/ Overseas looking to return or considering a move to Ireland, are invited to apply.
