Our client is one of the leading regional law firms in Hampshire and Dorset with an excellent reputation as a full service law firm. They have a vacancy for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to be based in their Winchester office.

The Role

Our client is looking for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor who has handled their own caseload of co/co work for a minimum of ten years post qualification.  Founded on many years’ experience of successful work for corporate and other business clients, the existing team have a confident, sound and imaginative approach and are looking to add to their team.

You will have established contacts from which to generate new business and must be confident to bring your own following of clients.  You should be able to demonstrate extensive experience and a skill set in handling complex commercial work.  A proven track record of commercial awareness, an enthusiasm for business development, and first-rate negotiating and problem solving skills are essential.

The Practice

A well-established regional law firm with  offices  located in two of the major cities in Hampshire and one in Dorset. The firm has a solid, high quality client base and a team of high calibre lawyers with Chambers recognition.
