Their lawyers are experts in their chosen field and we are seeking a Solicitor – Commercial Property to deal with a wide range of commercial property work.

Description

As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will be responsible for providing a professional service to clients, undertaking work within area(s) of specialisation only. Complying with the firm’s instructions and procedures and the Law Society’s rules. To contribute to the profitability of the firm. You will be dealing with a wide range of commercial property work so broad commercial property experience will be required as well as an enthusiasm for marketing and building long term client relationships.

Key skills required:

- Proven experience of Commercial Property.

- Proven experience of business development.

- Able to build relationships both external and internal.
- Proven track record of hitting targets.
- Able to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
- Strong organisational ability.
