A leading firm in London is looking to urgently recruit a residential conveyancing solicitor on a locum basis.

The firm are widely recognised as a leader in residential conveyancing and have multiple offices throughout London. This is a well-established practice that has secured multiple accreditations. This firm would provide a progressive and enjoyable environment to work in.

The roles will entail dealing with a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. This will include sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, registered, unregistered title and remortgages.

The successful candidates will be a residential conveyancer with a wealth of experience handling residential conveyancing matters. You will be able to hit the ground running in this busy department and will be expected to work under minimal supervision. You will also have confidence in your professional judgement and the use of case management systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a residential conveyancing locum to join this highly motivated and ambitious firm. The salary for these roles will be dependent on experience but will competitive.
