Legal Advisor - Saudi Arabia Admitted A leading regional financial organization is looking for a Legal Advisor to join their team in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to join market leading bank.
The leading commercial and investments bank is looking for a Legal Advisor who is experienced in Investment transactions, both private equity and funds investing.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following:
-Admitted to the KSA Bar or educated on the Saudi legal system
-An LL.M degree in Corporate/Finance Law
-5-6 years' experience with a minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate and private equity transactions
-Preferably from an in-house background however candidates who have had a non-contentious investments experience would also be considered
