Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Head of Department

Are you a Commercial Litigation who wants to manage your own team whilst working with local and national clients? If so, then this role in the East Midlands is for you.

You will be dealing with a really broad range of commercial litigation work which will include but not limited to contract disputes; property litigation and intellectual property disputes. As you will be the head of the team you should have a great deal of experience in this area of law, experience of managing and developing client relationships, as well as the ability to successfully manage and motivate a team. You will be awarded a competitive salary for your hard work.

Our client has indicated someone with at least 5 years PQE will possess the required level of knowledge and skill to carry out this role, however this is just a guideline and our client will accept applications from candidates who fall outside this PQE range but who possess the relevant knowledge/skill to carry out this role.
