Legal 500 law firm with a strong reputation Staffordshire are seeking a commercial property solicitor with more then 2 years' PQE. There is a team of 5 fee earners handling a quality mix of commercial property transactions such as acquisitions and disposals, landlord & tenant leasework, development and ancillary matters such as planning. They act for a wide variety of clients from SME to PLC across industrial, leisure, retail and office. As well as managing your own caseload you will be expected to assist with business development and generating new work sources for the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress you legal career in fantastically placed regional firm. Salary circa £35k-£45k based on PQE level for this tremendous opportunity.
