Shipping Disputes NQ

The firm are well-known for their expertise in litigation and dispute resolution, particularly in the insurance/ reinsurance and liability industries. Working with a varied client base including insurance companies, ship owners, charterers, ports/terminal operators and traders, you will be involved in the following:

*Wide variety of wet and dry shipping disputes
*Insurance disputes including marine insurance, offshore energy insurance and non-marine insurance property disputes
*Liability disputes
*Some non contentious work including insurance policy and commercial contract drafting
Applications welcome from September 2014 and March 2015 qualifiers with a strong academic background and a seat in shipping / insurance dispute resolution in litigation and arbitration.
