Paralegal

My client, a highly successful Asset Manager based in London are seeking a Paralegal to join their legal team on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

Duties will include reviewing, drafting and advising on documentation, particularly including confidentiality agreements, engagement letters and general commercial contracts. The role will also include preparing responses to any legal queries that may arise from requests for proposals from pension schemes, negotiating terms of business and providing general support to the legal department.

The successful candidate will have completed their LPC, and will have had circa 6 months* experience within industry already.
