RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING - HULL

Opportunity for an enthusiastic Residential Conveyancer with one of the higher profile firms in East Yorkshire. Working with your own Assistant in support you will handle Sales and Purchases of Freehold property, and if you have the experience you'll also have Leasehold and more complex matters to deal with too though these are currently handled by the Head of Department.

This is a small but busy team handling high grade work for a range of private clients, company directors and investors and so you'll need good communication skills and a professional approach, and a real commitment to providing a quality service. This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, ILEX or experienced Paralegal) who is able to commit to Hull and who wants a challenging role with a leading brand.
