Our client is a large and prestigious global law firm, with offices in key financial centres around the world.
Its London office is now looking to hire a dual English and Russian qualified lawyer to join its leading International Projects Practice. You will work on major cross border project finance and corporate transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors. Clients will include both Russian and international sponsors, banks and other projects participants involved in a range of high profile oil and gas and infrastructure projects across the continents.
Your profile should be as follows:
- Dual Russian/English qualified lawyer;
- From 3-8 years post qualification experience from a leading law firm in London/Europe;
- Project finance, infrastructure and/or corporate M&A legal expertise;
- Native Russian language skills.
From a London-base, this is a chance to further develop your unique skill set as a dual Russian/English qualified lawyer by working alongside a 'big name' partner involved in the CIS natural resources sector. A competitive level of compensation, and attractive bonus system will be provided.
