This large international law firm based in the City are looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join their rapidly expanding team. A 12 month ftc which will see you working as part of a wider team of professionals this role will see you responsible for end to end recruitment for lateral-hire both in London and Internationally. Reporting into the Resourcing Manager you will be involved in delivering the firms resourcing strategy across international practice groups.
A varied role which will see you responsible for a number of practice areas providing both advice and guidance to senior stakeholders as well as managing a Resourcing Assistant. A pivotal role for the business with a strong focus on direct sourcing as well as more traditional methods.
The business is looking to meet with candidates who have at least 2 years legal recruitment experience, ideally professional, be CIPD qualified and educated to degree level. You will be passionate about resourcing and talent management with excellent organisational and communication skills.
