Private Client Locum

Private Client Locum - Yorkshire law firm seeks a Private Client Locum to start immediately for an on-going temporary role. There is an opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate. Experience of having worked in the Private Client legal sector is essential and my client will consider solicitors and legal executives with the necessary skills.

The case load will involve general Private Client matters including wills and probate, trusts advice, estate administration, advising on Court of Protection issues and IHT. The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of Private Client law and the confidence to work independently in a busy team.
