Residential Property Fee Earner - South Lakes

Brilliant opportunity for Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer to strike a great work / life balance in a well respected firm in the South Lakes. You will need prior experience of running a caseload of Residential Property matters without supervision as you will be dealing with a broad mix of clients and properties ranging from low value transactions at £100,000 right through to £1,000,000+ properties. Over time you will be expected to help grow the team, develop new work and recruit new staff. This firm is a well respected regional firm that prides themselves on their attitude to client care and ties with the local community. Salary on offer will be around the £35k mark with a comprehensive benefits package also in place.
