Commercial Property Locum

Hudson Legal is currently recruiting for a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join a highly reputable Local Authority based in Lancashire.

We are seeking a qualified lawyer (ideally with at least 2 years PQE) to join the team to undertake a varied caseload to support the in-house client base. The role will support the Principal Commercial Solicitor and Legal Services Manager and will focus on commercial property. There will be opportunity to conduct and present cases on behalf of the Council in both the Magistrates Court and the County Court.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Local Government environment, will be familiar with local authority property transactions, regulatory and enforcement regimes and practice and procedure in both the criminal and civil courts.

A very competitive hourly rate of £28 - £35 is offered depending upon experience.
