URGENT: CORPORATE COMMERCIAL LAWYER – LONDON – PERMANENT POSITION

Our client, a well established niche London law firm (with a real estate focus) is urgently looking to recruit a corporate commercial lawyer.

The firm’s clients include household name corporates, a range of privately owned businesses (including start-ups, SMEs and large private businesses) and entrepreneurs.

The role is for a corporate lawyer to work on a range of corporate law matters (such as business and share sales and purchases, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and financing matters) and commercial law matters (such as commercial contracts and terms and conditions). Specific experience in real estate corporate related matters such as property joint ventures would be advantageous.

This corporate lawyer role offers real career progression within the firm.

The candidate should be commercially minded and wish to engage in networking and business development activity with the ability to build and maintain client and referrer relationships.
