Due to a continued period of success and growth, the department is now actively looking to hire an additional US qualified associate (class of either 2010, 2011, or 2012) to support the further expansion and reach of this very highly regarded offering.

Working within a well-balanced and collegiate team, the successful applicant will advise major international clients on complex debt transactions. A foundation of experience in US Securities work is desirable, as is experience of acting for clients in relation to Regulation S and Rule 144A offerings.
