Conveyancing Solicitor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a quality driven, medium-sized commercial law firm near Hull.

Ideally candidates will be qualified as a Solicitor with 6 - 10 years PQE; however, applications, including those from Licenced Conveyancers and Legal Executive at the right level would be welcomed and will be considered.

Duties will include managing a caseload allocated by the Head of Department handling a wide and variety of conveyancing matters which may including sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers, freehold and leasehold property/land, new builds and repossessions.
