Corporate / Capital Markets Associate

A rare opportunity outside of London for an ambitious and self-motivated corporate / capital markets associate to join this ambitious firm with a clear vision of where it is headed and the type of firm it wants to be.

The Corporate team undertakes a range of work including M&A and private and public equity and venture capital financings. The team is looking to recruit an additional, extremely high-quality corporate associate with experience in private company M&A and/or private/public equity and/or venture capital financings to work closely with a partner who has recently joined the firm.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for business development and the wider aspects of the role of an associate, such as knowledge management and the delegation to and management and mentoring of junior lawyers.
