Do you have significant experience of working on large corporate transactions? A new PSL vacancy has arisen due to team expansion. Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading name, retain your expertise in corporate law and have a genuine work life balance.
THE ROLE
To develop and review written know how including precedents, practical guidance notes and current awareness; respond to enquiries from fee earners and other PSLs and take part in webcasts. You willl also work with the marketing team and other practice areas to develop and promote the Corporate know-how service.
ABOUT YOU
This role requires at least 5 years' experience of working on large corporate transactions at a leading firm. You should have good familiarity with M&A, private equity and shareholder transactions and expertise in public company takeovers and/or equity capital markets would be desirable. In addition to your technical expertise, you must be committed to a career as a Professional Support lawyer and be able to demonstrate your interest and relevant skills.
