The Appointment:
Commercial Property Associate Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE, sought to join the Real Estate Team
The Principal responsibilities are as follows:
This major international off-shore law firm is looking to recruit an experienced lawyer to support our property team in Jersey. Suitable candidates will have excellent academics and proven property experience along with the following attributes:

Up to five years post qualification property experience;

Commercial leasing experience is essential;

Experience in property financing / development work would be an advantage;

Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with a strong technical knowledge.

Knowledge of French will also be very advantageous.
Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and have a confident, easy-going manner and be commercially astute.
