CORPORATE LAWYER – CITY OF LONDON – TOP 50 UK LAW FIRM - PERMANENT POSITION
Great opportunity for a corporate lawyer to join a major UK based International law firm which is looking to recruit a corporate lawyer to join its corporate law team in London.
This firm's corporate lawyers have experience of advising a variety of clients ranging from start-ups through to listed plc’s on a wide range of corporate law, commercial law and finance matters and is looking to recruit a corporate lawyer with experience of advising on corporate, commercial and financing matters including:
- mergers, acquisitions and disposals
- shareholder agreements and joint ventures
- re-organisations
- financings (especially asset finance matters)
- commercial contracts
Additional experience in at least one of the following areas would be advantageous but not essential:
- Banking matters (including advising on loan and security documents)
- Oil, gas and renewable energy matters
- non contentious shipping matters
