With it being a New Year, Commercial Property Solicitors are hugely sought after, in particular for the new opportunities that are coming available this month.
We are interested in hearing from candidates who are looking for both locum and permanent positions, and who are able to hit the ground running from day one, and with the capability of being able to handle a full caseload of commercial property matters including:
- Sales and Purchases of leasehold and freehold
- Lease assignments, extensions and variations
- Granting and surrendering leases
- Landlord and tenant matters
Applications will be considered from solicitors and fee earners, but experience of managing a full caseload is essential. All levels of PQE will be considered.
