Litigation Paralegal - A litigation paralegal is required in Milton Keynes for a thriving organisation that is experiencing a period of growth. This is an in-house legal role for a litigation paralegal with over 12 months experience of debt recovery litigation. Litigation paralegals are invited to join on a temporary basis for 1 to 3 months; there are also prospects for permanency.
You will be handling interesting litigation files so experience of civil procedure rules, county court judgments and enforcement procedures is required. Successful litigation paralegals should have experience in handling their own volume debt recovery caseload using a case management system.
In-house litigation opportunities are few and far between, so experienced litigators who are immediately available are invited to apply straight away. Please contact Emma Hughes at Sacco Mann to apply. Alternatively, if you know of anyone who would be suitable for this role then please let them or us know as we offer a reward for successful referrals. For full terms please see our website.
