A leading private practice law firm in Hull are currently seeking an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor, legal executive, licensed residential conveyancer or experienced paralegal to join their already successful team. This reputable East Yorkshire private practice law firm have an unrivalled reputation in the local market. This is not a volume residential conveyancing role and the firm pride themselves on the quality of work that they have conduct of. This is a key appointment for the firm and they are seeking to recruit a residential conveyancing solicitor, legal executive, licensed residential conveyancer or paralegal with at least 12 months experience of managing their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to conclusion. This role encompasses the full remit of residential conveyancing matters and you will be dealing with freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and some plot sales. Client service is crucial to this firm and you will have a demonstrable record in providing excellent client care in addition to your residential conveyancing fee earning experience.
