Childcare Lawyer - Maternity Leave
Sellick Partnership are currently experiencing a high demand for Childcare Lawyers with London Borough Clients.
We are currently assisting a South West London Borough with the recruitment of a Locum Childcare Lawyer to join their legal services team to cover a maternity leave post.
You will be able to handle a full caseload of childcare matters which will include pre proceedings and matters also in proceedings. You will have experience of handling a demanding caseload and will also have experience of undertaking your own advocacy. Contested hearings and Final hearings advocacy is highly sought after. Candidates that have such experience in no recourse to public funds are also strongly encouraged to apply.
This post offers a great length of contract with a minimum of 6-9 months. You will be joining a really supportive team and a friendly working environment. Candidates with local authority experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
