Interim Legal Counsel

The work will consist of a wide range of advisory work and drafting ,with an emphasis on the resolution of complex claims related issues. Candidates who have worked within the insurance industry will be of particular interest , although we will consider candidates who have equivalent experience gained from a large corporate or financial services client .

Th successful candidate will be working within a wider team of lawyer and will enjoy a broad spectrum of work. Candidates will be responsible for providing advice on complex business issues, in particular to claims , dispute resolution and risk. Candidates will also be required to negotiate and draft a range of commercial contracts, as well as advise on procurement, insurance law and regulations affecting the business.
