My directory recognised full service law firm is currently looking to hire a Residential Conveyancer in to their Property team which is based in their City Centre offices.
Supporting two Partners, this role will involve undertaking a full caseload comprising of a wide range of residential conveyancing matters.
The work derives from:
- existing clients
- personal conveyancing for commercial clients
- sales of properties referred by the firms insolvency team
- property sales relating to probate matters
- work from referrers and local contacts
Ideally the candidate will be an experienced residential conveyancer, and will have had some exposure to commercial property matters, although this is not essential.
Those with a proven track record in business development, with a passion for marketing and generating new work are of particular interest.
