COMMERCIAL LITIGATION - 4-6PQE

THE FIRM:

Our client is a leading offshore law firm with a world-class profile and reputation offering a broad range of legal services to international financial services clients.

THE ROLE:

A role has arisen for an ambitious commercial litigation lawyer to meet the needs of its growing client base which includes global financial institutions, investment funds and private equity houses.

You will be expected to work with a high degree of autonomy and be proactive in providing a full legal service to banking financial services clients working on a wide range of inter-jurisdictional commercial litigation cases.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will be an experienced commercial litigation lawyer with 4-6PQE, an excellent academics and a proven track record gained from a top quality national or City firm.

You will need to have experience an in depth knowledge of banking, finance and an understanding of company law disputes.

You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to enable you to develop client relationships within a demanding environment.
