Several of our Local Authority clients across the country are currently seeking Adult Social Services lawyers to join them on a full time basis as soon as possible for an initial 3 month period.

 

The roles will include advising, drafting and liaising with clients regarding pre-action and/or litigated community services matters, no recourse to public funds cases, judicial review cases, advising on and dealing with matters involving Mental Capacity Act / Court of Protection and Ordinary Residence. You will also be responsible for drafting policies, liaising with Counsel, maintaining client care standards, handling public law and judicial review cases.

 

Your experience can be from either the public sector or private practice but you must have solid and notable experience in Adult and Community Care matters.
