Technology - TMT - Commercial Lawyer

Sydney – TMT  - 4 +pqe -  Senior lawyer  

Our client is a leading national firm we know well. The partners in the TMT team are partners people internally know as being some of the best mentors and partners to work for. You will learn a lot in an environment which is conducive to the development of the individual within the context of a highly cohesive team environment.

The work will involve a broad range of IT and technology contracting and transactions for at least four of the firm’s top 10 clients, all of which are household names and blue chip corporations. You will be working on deals that make headlines and the role will appeal to those who like to read about when they are working on in the national newspapers. This role has come about because of one of the team has moved in house to a major client of the firm (further cementing another great client relationship).
