Our clients are a highly successful firm. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor who will be responsible for a wide range of real estate/commercial property matters. This will cover all aspects of sales and purchases, acquisitions, portfolio management, landlord and tenant work and developments, together with offering Commercial Property support to the firm’s Corporate Commercial Team. Experience of Option Agreements, Conditional Contracts, Corporate Support and Overage Provisions would be welcomed.
