Our client is a large financial services organisation with a team of over 50 lawyers.
They are now keen to source a candidate for a newly created role on the team.
This position will suit a candidate with min. 7 years pqe with the following:
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in relation to outsourcing (including MiFID, CEBS), data protection laws, Intellectual Property law and IT/e-commerce law (including cloud computing) and payment services laws
- Excellent understanding of technology contracts
- Strong leadership skills - you will manage a team of 3 other lawyers
