We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property and Residential Property Solicitor to join this well established and highly regarded practice/
If you have 3 - 5 years Commercial Property and Residential Property Solicitor experience, with good prospects and the opportunity to for profit share in the future.
Duties:
- Advise on all commercial property matters and deal with disposals and acquisitions, property dealings, negotiation of leases and associated landlord and tenant matters.
- Conveyancing and Real Estate matters from instruction to post-completion and will incorporate leases and planning applications for a range of individual and business clients
Ideal candidate:
- 2 years plus PQE or 5 years plus Commercial Property and Residential Property Solicitor
