Corporate and Banking Solicitor

A new opportunity has arisen within a highly regarded law firm by Legal 500 in their Corporate and Banking Team.

This is an interesting and challenging role for the candidate with general corporate and in-depth knowledge in company acquisitions, disposals, and finance documentation associated with company acquisition and property finance. The role is deally suited to newly qualified up to 2 years PQE solicitor with experience in refinancing, private equity investments, limited partnerships, property investment and/or development finance.

The ideal candidate will also have a strong desire in firms' business development with hardworking and team playing attitude.
