Property Paralegal - A top tier firm in Manchester city centre is looking to recruit a property paralegal on a long term fixed term contract. This rare opportunity in an international law firm is open to property paralegals with experience of repossession matters. This property paralegal role has come about due to an increasing workload and has excellent prospects for permanency.
You will be joining the Business Restructuring team, which is responsible for completing the sales of buy to let properties out of receivership, so ideally you will have gained real estate or conveyancing experience. Your role will be to progress cases, or particular aspects of cases, and liaise between solicitors and clients to ensure client satisfaction. Experience working with large amounts of money, and preparing completion statements and apportionments would be of benefit, and you will need to be able to work under your own initiative.
The role will suit a paralegal with at least 3 years experience in a paralegal role, although candidates who fall outside of this range of experience will still be considered.
