The Appointment
Associate Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE, sought to join the Fiduciary Team
An opportunity has arisen in the Jersey office of a major Channel Islands law firm for an experienced Private Client / Trust solicitor. Applications are invited from candidates having some 3-5 years' post qualification experience. You will be required to draft trust, foundation and other associated documents. You'll have excellent academics and at least 3 years experience of working in a Fiduciary environment, ideally with off-shore experience, although this is not essential. This is an excellent appointment that offers career progression and a great opportunity to work in an off-shore jurisdiction. An attractive salary is available with off-shore tax benefits and Jersey Licensed Status.
Jersey is 45 sq miles (118 sq. kms) and has a population of approx. 96,000. Similar to Guernsey in many ways, its' sheltered position means that it has a temperate climate, often warmer, with more sunshine hours than the other British Isles.
