The caseload is not volume based; its focuses the provision of a quality service and this tends to result in them attracting quality work and perpetuating their long standing relationships and reputation in the area.

Our client offers a very competitive basic salary with a large achievable bonus to reward the hard work of the Residential Conveyancer.
There is a great working environment in the practice and thanks to the many years they have been operating in the Altrincham area they already have well established relationships for a Residential Conveyor to use to their advantage of in this role.

Our client has indicated someone with a personal approach and a minimum of three years PQE will fit both the role and the firm extremely well and there is not upper bracket on the level of qualification.
