There is a rare opportunity for a personal injury solicitor to join the Group Litigation department of a leading national law firm based in Liverpool. They are currently entering a growth phase with regards to Group Litigation and are looking to recruit a number of personal injury solicitors across various grades to join this expanding department so we urge employers liability solicitors, public liability solicitors or industrial disease solicitors with either a claimant or defendant background to apply as all will be considered.

The personal injury solicitor that will fit well within the culture of this firm will be ambitious and have a passion to deliver excellent service. You will be working on one of the largest group action litigation legal cases to date, any experience within multi track work would be ideal but not essential.

Within the firm there is a strong focus on developing employees; you will receive excellent training and a competitive salary commensurate with your experience.

As the successful candidate you will play a vital role in supporting a Senior Solicitor at the crucial stage of a Class Action case. You will be responsible for drafting key applications as well as summarising complex evidence.

The Group Litigation department in Liverpool work on multi-track, high value cases and as a personal injury solicitor within the team you will play a key role in liaising with a number of firms of Solicitors and Counsel to ensure strategic decisions are made.
