Description

Development Sales Solicitor - London



Day to day will include high volume of plot sales for national house builders. Working with industry leading firms the work is fast paced and enjoyable.

* Preparation of leases and sales documentation packs
* Exchange and completions
* Client meetings
* Weekly reporting to clients
* Regular updates to clients
* Good file management

Some private development work will also be included and the potential for international travel to work alongside the developers.


Profile

The successful Development Sales Solicitor will be:

* A qualified solicitor with ideally 5 - 10 years of experience
* Legal executive or a licensed conveyancer
* Will have a firm grasp of the conveyancing process and preferably plot sales
* Good firm background
* Hard working, commercially minded and proactive
* Organised and meticulous
* Able to work to deadlines
* Used to, and thrives in a fast paced environment
